Oh yeah! Your hands definitely show age and sun damage. Sadly, I have a tons of spots/miles on my hands. I am glad they check everywhere at skin checks. I don’t get why they don’t put UV protection in hand lotion. 
I cover up my hands with lotion now. I have found some long sleeve shirts with SPF 50 that have holes for my thumbs creating a covering over the tops of my hands, as well. I just had a spot frozen on the top of my hand and have to protect that area well, too. It never ends. Scott skincancer.net moderator
...that's a great point! There are many lotions out there with SPF, but I don't know that I have seen any hand creams with it. It seems most of the products with SPF are either straight sunscreens or cosmetics for the face. April, SkinCancer.net, Moderator
