...your story is similar to so many of us. The sunburns and days spent tanning in our youth are catching up to us. I am so sorry you are dealing with this stress now.
While we can't diagnose, we can suggest you have a dermatologist give you a thorough skin check. It's not uncommon to have precancerous spots appear on your chest. I have treated my chest with a topical chemotherapy several times over the last few years for just this reason.
