Do you try to plan around your skin issues?
I bought a house recently, and I caught myself wondering whether the time-in relation to my latest skin check (skin issue?) was good. Honestly, I find myself planning around my skin issues quite a bit. Ugh! How about you???
Yes absolutely. I get a lot of AK's. If we have plans for vacations etc I have to work out when to start the Efudex application and allow for the healing phase so I am clear at the right time! Almost a past master at this now. Just grateful that these things are mostly treatable and we are still here! You are fortunate to get skin checks. No such thing in the UK with the NHS! Hope your house move went ok and that your skin check didn't throw up any curve balls.
Glad to hear I am not alone. There are others that have skin issues that get in the way of life. Ugh! I feel your pain. Yes, I feel fortunate for the healthcare we have, and I don’t forget how fortunate. I closed on my house February 1. Skin check February 10 and then surgery scheduled almost immediately thereafter. I am not complaining. I made it through closing and my move. Yay!
