I am so sorry you are still dealing with the healing process. It does take a while for the redness and peeling to subside, but in my experience, most of the redness is gone after a couple of months with occasional flare-ups.
Is the picture you attached current or from the end of your treatment?
I would suggest getting in touch with your dermatologist and letting them know you are struggling with some troublesome after-effects. They might be able to give you some relief.
For now, I would recommend you use Vanicream lotion to keep the area moisturized and soft. The more dry the skin becomes the more difficult it is to cope with day-to-day activities. I typically apply Vanicream several times a day during the healing phase for a few weeks.
I am including a couple of articles that might come in handy as you continue to heal.
