Fluorouracil Topical and Rosacea
Hello, I have been prescribed Fluorouracil Cream for my face and forehead. I have Rosacea on my cheeks. Are there any issues with applying Fluoroucil cream on areas that I have Rosacea? I am not getting responses from my dermatologist with this question and hoping for some insight.

- thanks so much for starting this forum! I don't believe anyone has asked about rosacea and Efudex before, or that our patient leaders have written about the topic. Unfortunately, we are unable to give medical advice for your own safety. I'm sorry to hear that your dermatologist is not getting back to you, but ultimately it may be safest for you to wait for a reply or seek a second opinion.
