What is one word that describes your feelings about 2023 with regard to skin cancer?
Mine would be "hopeful".
I’ve heard recently they are working on an individualized “vaccine” of sorts for Melanoma at a cancer research center near here called Fred Hutch Cancer Center. They are finding new ways of treating Melanoma and other cancers all the time. I also think the more we get the word out about skin cancer and prevention the better off we will be. My cancer center does symposiums all the time updating the patients about everything from research and trials to eating right and exercise. I love them! They always make me feel hopeful we are headed in a good direction.
