Sunny Holidays When You Think the Sun is Doing You Good

From a small child I used to holiday with my grandparents who lived at the seaside. I don't remember ever using sun cream, but do remember nights of being slavered with calomine lotion and being red raw. When I grew, my family and I had some lovely hot holidays, although I must admit I found the hot sun quite bothersome, but I guess the damage was already done. Two squamous cell carcinomas, five basal cell and umpteen actinic keratosis later, I seem to be always efudexing, and I sit in the shade always now.
