...I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I know you must be stressed. While we can't diagnose, we can suggest you have a dermatologist check out. He/she can give you the best advice on what it might be and if it needs to be biopsied. It is important to have any irregular or new spot checked out especially if it bleeds.
I haven't had a spot like this one, but I can tell you that I had small spider angioma most of my teen and adult life. Both times I became pregnant, that spider angioma would triple in size, and the "legs" spread out several inches from it. After I delivered my babies, the spider angioma shrank back to its normal size. I always wondered if hormones had something to do with the changes. Your body goes through so many different changes while pregnant.
Your dermatologist will be able to tell you if this spot needs to be biopsied or if it is nothing to worry about.
