Do you wear a broad-brimmed hat?
I wear a baseball hat every day but it offers limited protection over my ears and neck. How do you protect those areas?
I use sunscreen on my neck, ears daily. And the only hats I have cover those areas. If you check the Solibari, Amazon websites they have lots of hats to choose from that offer good coverage. Search for sun hats. I only buy those with UPF protection. I’m sure I’m not making a fashion statement in my broad-brimmed hat—every day—but protecting my health is more important. Check Collibar’s website too. They sell sun protective clothes, hats, etc.
I have about 5 legionnaire hats with flaps all the way round to back of head from Amazon. I still get abuse from strangers and name calling but I really don’t care anymore. I’d rather be protected from the sun and safe!
