Does anyone know what is this?
I got these bumps 3 weeks ago, I'm getting more each day, it's on my forearms, knees, a bit behind my upper arms and buttocks. I'm afraid it might be cancer.

...I know you are anxious and want answers. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to see them increase in number and not know what could be causing them. If at all possible, I would make an appointment with a dermatologist. If you are unable to see a dermatologist, I would suggest you try to see a general practitioner. It's possible he/she could refer you to a dermatologist and get you in a little faster. That was my experience with my first skin cancer. My family doctor did the biopsy and then set up an appointment for me with a dermatologist.
As far as what the bumps could be, we can't tell you for sure. I wish we were able to give you a definitive answer. I am including a link to some images of skin cancers by type. I hope this helps.
