I have a dry flake of skin on my lower lip. I have scraped it off a couple of times now, but it keeps coming back in the same spot. Unfortunately, it is beginning to remind me of the way my lip felt before having a few spots treated with cryosurgery several years ago. I am giving it to the end of the week and then calling my dermatologist.
If you have had a spot removed from your lip and it turned out to be basal or squamous, can you tell me how it started? Did you notice it yourself or did your dermatologist point it out? Was it dry and flaky or was it more rounded like a mole?
Thanks for any input!
