Google this: Aloe vera basal big BCC

I live in the sunny Middle East, and got what I'm pretty sure is actinic keratosis on my nose. In my neck of the woods, the medical establishment is a local pharmacy, but they don't have a whole lot of inventory. I did research on the net, and thought I would try to get my hands on Klisyri which is a simple 5 day treatment. I did a virtual session with a doctor in Cyprus who gave me a digital prescription. Found a pharmacy in Germany and ordered it for 7 EUR. Found a freight forward company for a German address, discovered a fax to mail service to send my prescription via snail mail, and downloaded Revolut app to pay for it via SEPA. All of this took a really long time so I did even more research and read about Aloe Vera. I started using that while I worked on the other, and I already see a noticeable difference after a few days! Now, I don't want the chemo, but just want to use aloe. Its really amazing. LOL!

  1. Please share an update after using for a while - always looking for natural solutions 😀

    1. Please see my response to Steve C below.

  2. Interesting. I found this post because of the Klisyri reference, and am looking to try this after 10-odd 5-FU treatments of around 50 applications over three-plus weeks each. 5 applications over 5 days sounds like bliss in comparison. Please do post back with more info.

    1. I think aloe alone will eventually work, but is taking a long time. I did the 5 day treatment of Klisyri and now I'm on Day 7. I had put it on for 8-10 hours per day, washed it off, and then applied aloe for the rest of the day. Now, I'm using aloe full time. All of the treated skin is very red and warm, and the areas of concern are sort of pale in color. The aloe is cool and soothes it, and I don't have any pain. I think it is working well.

    2. Thanks for sharing your experience here! I'm glad to hear this has been working well for you. Please keep us posted on how you're doing! All the best, Alexa (SkinCancer.net moderator)
