What are your favorite hobbies and distractions?

Whether it's scanxiety, biopsies, or something unrelated to skin cancer, we all feel overwhelmed from time to time. What are your favorite ways to get your mind off of things and feel better?

  1. I love to go to the lake near my house and just sit and think or read a book. It really helps clear my head of anxiety. I also love to take a bath. I heard somewhere that hot water is good medicine and I believe that. I always feel more relaxed when I take a bath.
