Skin lesion

I discovered this lesion a few weeks ago.
It has doubled in size. About 2 cm in diameter now.
It is located in the buttock to the right of the tailbone.
I am housebound these days. Can I use synthomycin
Or do I need to get tested as soon as possible?
It does not itch, I only feel it sometimes,
And there is internal pain in the area near it.
She states that I have had lichen sclerosus for about six years, above the anus,

. Welcome to the community! We are not medical experts, but anything that grows that quickly really should be evaluated by a doctor. Better to be safe. Given that you are housebound, could you message your doctor and include this photo? If your doctor thinks it's lichen sclerosus, maybe you can do a tele-appointment and have a prescription for cream called in, if you need any treatment at all. If you need to be seen, your doctor might be able to schedule the evaluation as part of another visit. Do you have help getting back and forth to appointments? Keep us posted if you don't mind. My health insurance online dermatologist thinks it's a fungus
He gave me a prescription for BIFOVIT CR 15G
I will receive the ointment on Thursday and hope
that it is indeed just a fungus.
