Does squamous cell skin cancer itself cause fatigue?

...That is a really great question. I don't know that I have seen mention of fatigue related specifically to squamous cell carcinoma. However, I can see general fatigue being associated with SCC due to the anxiety and stress of dealing with the condition itself.
