Using an umbrella in the sun
I live in the UK .As a man in my 70s I have taken to using a golf umbrella as a parasol when the UV is up .
I wear long sleeve ,jeans , hat and avoid mid day hours.
Noone looks at me strange .
Maybe parasol will be the next must have fashion accessory
