What does your sun care routine look like?

...I use makeup with SPF as well as sunscreen on my neck, face, and arms. I finally found a lightweight one that doesn't make me feel greasy all day. I use zinc sunscreen head to toe—spray and lotion. I use a translucent zinc powder over the top of my make up. I use a zinc sun block on my lips under my lipstick. My dermatologist likes zinc, so I have adopted that.

hi use a skin cream with a sp 20 and then if i go out i use Heliocare sun cream winter or summer and if summer and sunny i take Halicare oral capsules ,these are made with Fernblock , i take grape seed extract and i also take nicotinamide caps , just hope its worth it

What is Nicotinamide and how does it work?

AS i said i got 4 on my scalp i got hair so that's strange and use caps,hats a lot !! got one on my nose so these are halfway in treatment ,so glad with doing martial arts i can control pain in the mind and yes it works!
