App for scanning moles

Hello everybody! I want to ask a question - who knows and uses applications for mapping moles?

  1. Hi - thanks for reaching out! While you wait for others to share their experiences, I wanted to share some links from SkinCancer.net related to using apps to track skin cancer, in case you haven't seen them yet: https://skincancer.net/news/molemapper-app-track-melanoma, https://skincancer.net/life-with-skin-cancer/app-screen-suspicious-mole, https://skincancer.net/news/new-app-helps-dermatology-medical-students-detect-melanoma, https://skincancer.net/life-with-skin-cancer/apps-warning. Hope this helps! -Alexa (SkinCancer.net moderator)

    1. Thank you so much! I found for myself not just an application, but also a device (NOTA mole tracker, my dermatologist advised me) that measures the impedance of the skin and moles and gives the result - it's worth going to the doctor for an emergency appointment or everything is fine!

    2. That's great! I'm glad your dermatologist was able to recommend something to help you track moles. Please keep us posted on how the tracker works for you! -Alexa (SkinCancer.net moderator)
