Cancer on nose advice

Hi
I went to doctor in January I could see a shadow on tip of nose ,I could see it close up in mirror
Doctor said he couldn't see it when I saw him in person,the room had dim lights so that's why.
It's been 4 months as this shadow or yellow colour on tip of nose has got bigger and now you can see it.
I'm going to go back to doctor and take the photo with me
The only thing I'm worried about is I've had a electric heater in my room for 3 years which is sat next to my bed I'm worried I've got radiation from it.
Does this look OK,or is this some sort of skin cancer in the nose
