Does your healthcare provider have a patient portal? You could email them the photo and ask what they think. I sometimes do that when I'm concerned. I also sometimes email the doctor a photo of a spot. If you don't know the doctor's email, you could call the office, express your concern, and see if they would like you to email it. That sometimes starts the process of getting it checked. Every doctor is different, though, so maybe they will give you an appointment without the in between step. Always best, if you are worrying about a spot, to get it checked out. We all know what it's like to worry, and it is NOT fun. Sometimes just making an appointment, or starting the process, takes a load off gets me to stop worrying.
