Driving
I was told previously by the plastic surgeon that I was probably getting my sun from driving. I’m not driving much now, but it’s still on my mind. I live in Texas, where the sun is brutal, and I can feel it when I’m driving.
Do you have your windows tinted? I learned that they make clear covers that can be put on to protect from UV as well. I’m thinking of this for my windshield, as a lot of sun comes through that windshield.
you bring up a really great point! We often forget or don't really think about all of the sun exposure we get while being in the car. I did get my windshield tinted, living in the South it has definitely made a difference. I still wear my sunscreen though! Best wishes, Julie (team member)
