Protection while driving?

When I was first diagnosed with skin cancer in 2018, the plastic surgeon told me that I was getting a lot of sun while driving 2 hours a day and it had to change pronto. It never crossed my mind. How do you protect yourself while driving? Tinted windows? Clear cover on your car glass? Please share with us so we can all be more protected.
