Should I ask for a second opinion?

I'm 74 years old and in good health. I've been prescribed Efudex 5% cream for a mark on my chest however I haven't been to see a dermatologist. Should I ask for a second opinion?

    If you are uncomfortable with the course of treatment prescribed, we suggest you seek a second opinion. It may be best to see a dermatologist so that they can confirm that Efudex is needed.     Have you been diagnosed with skin cancer/actinic keratosis at your visit? Those in the community use topical medication in order to treat affected areas of precancer or certain cancerous lesions on the skin.
