Squamous cell that spread

Hello
I had a squamous on my my forehead removed with Mohs .
It recurred removed again with Mohs.
A year later a lump in front of ear FNA diagnosis as cyst ,it went away .
6 months later came back FNA diagnosis as tumour.
Total right side parotidectomy and right ear removed , 30 days radiotherapy. Facial nerve preserved
.Now 6 months later CT scan all clear
I am 80 years old male . Feeling healthy. Thank you wonderful UK surgeons.Thank you NHS!
