Support system
Having a support system is very important. For each person, that is made up of different individuals. I am single, and I get a lot of support from my church. I also have some long-term, rock star friends who are always there for me.
Who is in your support system? Do you feel like you have the support you need when a skin cancer issue arises?
Honestly, I don't think anyone in my personal life has an understanding of what we go through. I always feel that I am the only one who is so heavily invested in good skin care practices when it comes to sun exposure. This makes it hard because they just don't get it.
