Vitamin D
I assume most if not all of us are maintaining limited sun exposure. Has your doctor asked you to take a Vitamin D supplement?
no my doctor hasn’t told me to add a vitamin d supplement. 
I took them a while back when I was exhibiting a deficiency but not on a general basis. Scott skincancer.net moderator
Got ya. Thanks. I have been exhibiting a deficiency for years so my doctor added a supplement. I just was not sure what others would be impacted. I guess it varies.
