Kathy Smyser
Kathy lives in Pennsylvania with her graduate student daughter and 2 big dogs. Kathy came to Health Union following a position as director of marketing and external relations at Rosemont College. She loves words and language, whether through reading, writing, or helping others find their voices. She enjoys traveling with and visiting her 3 adult children, which has taken her to 10 countries on 4 continents.
Alexa Vecchione
Alexa holds her BA in media studies and production with a minor in public relations from Temple University. Before joining HU, she was a senior account executive at a boutique PR agency in Philadelphia, specializing in social media strategy and management for clients across a wide array of industries. With a personal and professional passion for storytelling, Alexa is excited to use her digital skills to help foster meaningful connection and provide a safe space for impactful dialogue. When she's not at work, you can find her at a concert, at home with her cat, Betty, or singing (poorly) at karaoke.
