Here comes a suspicious lesion in the calf

My mother, on medications of immunosuppressant, told me she noticed this on his right calf. No itching, no bleeding, no pain, and it is around 9mm diameter. Would you aware this as something bad?

  1. we appreciate you reaching out. For your safety, we are not able to offer a diagnosis online as we are not medical professionals. I would encourage you to have this area looked at by your doctor, as any suspicious areas are worth getting checked to be safe. Sending well wishes, Julie (team member)

    1. ...I agree with Julie. I would definitely have it checked out by a dermatologist just to be on the safe side. Any spot that shows irregularities is worth having seen and/or biopsied by a doctor. I am including an article with some helpful reminders of what to look for when checking the skin for new or concerning spots.
