Spot on nose

I developed this spot on my nose. It doesn't hurt or itch. Can anyone advise on what it might be?Picture of nose

  1. Hi . We are not medical experts, so we can't guess as to what the spot might be but, personally, I would see a doctor as soon as possible. If it is cancer, it might be easy to remove at this stage. It might get more complicated if you wait. I wish I had a better answer for you, but you can't go wrong if you err on the side of safetly. Keep us updated if you don't mind. I'll be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)

    1. Hey there! 😊 From what I can see, this spot on your nose appears to be a bit of redness with some texture, which could be due to several things—sun damage, a broken capillary, or even a form of actinic keratosis (a pre-cancerous sun spot) if you’ve had a lot of sun exposure. If it’s persistent and doesn’t fade over time, I’d recommend seeing a dermatologist just to be safe! In the meantime, keep up with SPF 50 daily, avoid picking at it, and try a soothing niacinamide serum to calm any irritation.
