Squamous cells
Just started Efudix cream today, have to apply twice a day for the next 6 weeks in my neck and jaw. After having my squamous cells cut out in 2022 it has come back .
The challenge is I work outside in the sun ☀️. The doctor said I had to start now and not leave it until summer has finished . I have bought a neck gaiter to wear but worry that this will spread the cream and not let it breathe .

. I can see why you're concerned. I wonder if something like this might work better. It's a sun hat with a clip-on neck/face mask. You would probably need to fully secure the flap to the hat on the side where you are applying the cream, but it would provide coverage without touching your skin. They sell online for anywhere from $10 (Amazon and Walmart) to $60 (specialty stores). I hope the treatment is effective and not too painful. Thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)
