Impact of Mohs on Nose

I had Mohs surgery nearly 3 years ago and I have hated my nose since. I have to use Rosalique 3 in 1 anti-redness miracle formula to try to cover up the acute redness left. I even had a second surgery 2 years after the first to try to thin the flap down, but it didn't help.

Any advice for reducing post-Mohs redness?

I've been told I can have laser treatment when it's 5 years old, but having had a couple of moles removed on my back with that, I know it is extremely painful. Has anyone got any advice as to what I can do to help my appearance? I live in the UK.
