Seeking Surgery Alternative for Basal Cell Carcinoma Near Eye

I am desperately seeking alternative treatment to Mohs surgery.
I had Mohs surgery on my nose. It is disfigured, but still healing. I now have skin cancer near my eye. I fear damage to my tear ducts, function of my eye lid and vision issues due to the lack of Mohs treatment availability since a biopsy on July 7. The tumor has seriously grown in the last three months.

Fear of stroke during Mohs surgery

I have lost confidence in providers concerning the removal given the prolonging of the surgery date. I had a reaction to epinephrine during the previous Mohs surgeries. I shook and could barely walk back and forth to the procedures. I don't feel I can sit for long periods and I fear I will have stroke-level blood pressure due to my anxiety and PTSD.
