Edufex reaction

I had AKs on forehead snd applying Edufex twice a day for 28 days. Many more red spots appeared and slight reddening but absolutely no pain , discomfort of any sort and i am on day 12.Is there always a bad reaction or am i lucky or will i definitely get the bad reaction. Anyone know?Worried if no bad reaction then its not working.
