Hardened blood on my face

Hello everyone from Dublin, Ireland. I’ve just discovered this forum and have learned so much from all of you! Many thanks. My query is
Today is my first day after 21 days of Erudex twice daily. I have bled a bit from the sores on my face. Lots of blood spots on my pillow in the morning. The blood is hard on my skin. Should I try to remove it?
