Imiquimod post scar
Hello , I had a a basal cel January 2022 and the borders were undefined or something so we didn’t know if it was nodular but because it was in the center of my forehead, we agreed to try 6 weeks of imiquimod. A year and half later and it still has a nickel sized red spot almost like a rug burn look from the imiquimod. It can be more pronounced depending on the time of the day as I do have red undertones in my skin. Has anyone had any good experience with a certain type of laser that pulls out the redness ? I have tried Moxi and then have had hydra facials and tried a little micro needling and haven’t been met with much progress. Let me know if anyone has suggestions , otherwise perhaps a plastic surgeon can help serial excise it?

It has improved slowly but surely. There is a Neogen Plasma treatment that I am considering to help with the color and tightness of skin so hopefully that will help.
