Anyone here treated micronodular basal cell carcinoma?
I am getting 2 Mohs surgeries on my face. I just got my detailed pathology reports today, and one spot is nodular, the other is micronodular, which is more aggressive. Has anyone here had Mohs for micronodular? I'm wondering how extensive the surgery might be.

I am so sorry to hear you are going to have to deal with 2 facial surgeries. While I have had Mohs for basal cell, I can't say either was micronodular.
