A community member recently asked about chemo injections for squamous cell carcinoma. Has anyone experienced this?

I am unaware of this treatment. What is injected? I've had many squamous cell carcinomas. Almost all have been removed by Mohs. Unfortunately, recently, 3 have been invasive and 2 of them required post-excision radiation and CT scan.MRI surveillance. So I am curious about other forms of treatment.
