20 Years Fighting

2000-
Starting having various places frozen due to pre-cancers, basal cells, and squamous cells.

2017-
Started having minor surgeries to remove squamous cell cancers.

First sign of melanoma

May 2014-
Diagnosed with melanoma on left ankle.

July 8 2014-
Had surgery to remove cancer, had skin graft, and lymph node removed. Results were stage 2 nodular melanoma.

2018-
Started the chemo lotion in 21 day increments on arms and legs to get rid of all pre-cancers.

August 2019-
Follow up test on lung spot on left lung.

A new diagnosis

October 21 2019-
Had lower left lung surgery to remove spot which was 4mm and grew to 1.2cm in a year.

October 23 2019-
Results showed it was stage 4 metastatic melanoma and I tested positive for BRAF mutation.

November 14 2019-
Took my first treatment of Yervoy and Opdivo.

February 3 2020-
Awaiting a scan approval to see if it’s working!
