My 30-Plus-Years Observation with AK’s

I’m brand new to this group and I am 74 years old. My sun damage was inflicted on me as a kid in the Midwest that had almost 300 days of sunshine a year. No thought then given to sun exposure or SPF creams.

I’ve tried cryotherapy, imiquimod, blue light, and Efudex. Though a royal pain in the butt to use, the latter is the most effective and has the longest lasting results.
